Our very first contest is about the firestarter to be known: Prometheus. The titan who brought mankind fire by stealing it from the gods. We would like to see your take on it, no matter which part of his story. Besides that, you can try a modern take on it or any genre that comes to your mind, and also any kind of medium. We would like to see what you can come up with and the prizes are:
-
1 license for 3D-Coat
-
1 license for Clip Studio Paint
-
1 copy of Tegn 2
-
Firestarter Magazine #2 and #3
-
Social media features
Please post your entry in this thread directly and make sure you send it until 30th of July at 12am (Berlin time).
Each participant can only send one piece and it must be a new one.

Hey Guys, this is my entry for the first Firestarter Magazine contest.
The Temple of Prometheus. I wanted to avoid the classical depiction of Prometheus hanging on a mountain with an open wound. So this is my take on the topic. I really liked the way he stole the fire from mount olympus so I decided to focus on the fennelstock in which he carried the flame back to the humans. I also included some smaller and bigger references from the whole story.

Well, here is my submission! Really liked the part of his story where he creates the first man to exist. Went for a sci-fi/fantasy style for this one. We can also see Athena breathing life to the figure.
I might develop some more images around this story, really liked to work on it!
Thank you for viewing :D

Ey congrats to the winners! And thanks Cristian!
Just watched the vid. The diagonal is really interesting! I probably should have done that. Initial sketch had more figures and an eagle but ran out of time, lol.
